SUSD was commissioned to apply for change of use from commercial to residential of this 6-storey listed building situated deep in one of central London’s conservation areas. The brief was to refurbish the interior and convert the building to a single-family home including a passenger lift. Demolition of existing rear extension and erection of two storey extension with roof terrace.
