SUSD were approached to submit planning and design proposals for the renovation of the church and development of 20 residential units. The proposal will retain and restore the existing church’s façade while demolishing the rest of the existing church. With two new storeys hosting, meeting hall, co-working spaces, creche and large meeting room, whilst on the western vacant plot will be located a new four storey building for the church hall and communal kitchen with residential units above.
